1. Our delivery timings for Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Lahore and Wah are (7:30 a.m – 3:00 a.m)
• Delivery times vary based on location, but we aim to ensure our standard delivery time which is minimum of 45 minutes after placing your order, but we will do our best to deliver even faster.
2. Our delivery days for other cities depend on the timing of your order. To ensure timely delivery:
• Place your order before 1:00 p.m (Pakistan Standard Time) for same-day shipping and next-day delivery.
• Orders placed between 1:00 p.m on Friday will be dispatched on Sunday and delivered on Monday.
Please plan your orders accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.

• Other cities: We deliver selected items, including biscuits, specific cakes, puffs, gift baskets, nimkos, and other packed items.

To ensure a smooth and convenient delivery process, please provide the most accurate and complete information when entering your delivery address. Additionally, please ensure that the recipient is available to receive the order. For deliveries to companies, our shipment will only be handed over to the authorized person once our rider has confirmed their identity. Please note that some hospitals may not accept deliveries intended for patients or doctors, so it's essential to check with the hospital before placing your order.
