Tehzeeb’s terms and conditions apply to all items ordered from the Tehzeeb site. By using tehzeeb.com you agree to these terms and conditions, privacy policy, returns, and refund policy of the site.

Tehzeeb is hereby, known as “we”, “us” or just “Tehzeeb” on an e-commerce website. This User Agreement is deemed effective upon your use of the Site which signifies your acceptance of these terms. Entering Information

To place an order with Tehzeeb, you must provide personal information for order processing. When you place an order on our website a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email ID. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order. We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:

• 1. The product ordered is unavailable in stock
• 2. Identifying an error within the product information, including price or promotion.
• 3 If we suspect any fraudulent activity.
• 4. In case of orders containing perishable items and the delivery location is not covered by our delivery service.

If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order secure. Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been dispatched. Prices are inclusive of GST.

Availability of Products

Goods are subject to availability as there is a delay between the time when the order is placed and the time when the order is accepted, the stock position relating to particular items may change. If an item you have ordered becomes out of stock before we accept the order we shall notify you as soon as possible and you will not be charged for the out-of-stock items.

All prices listed in Rupees include GST and are displayed on the Site. Orders will not be processed if the cart value is below Rs. 2,000. The items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent prices shown on the product detail page. Please note that adding an item to your cart does not guarantee the price displayed at that moment. Additionally, it is possible for an item's price to decrease between the time you place it in your cart and when you make your purchase.

Pricing

We are committed to providing the most accurate pricing information on our site; however, errors may occasionally occur, such as when an item's price is displayed incorrectly. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. If an item is mispriced, we may, at our discretion, contact you for further instructions or cancel your order and inform you of the cancellation.

Payment Gateways

We accept Visa, MasterCard, credit cards, and EasyPaisa. Orders placed using an international debit or credit card will be processed after 5 working days. If you pay with your debit or credit card, there will be no additional charges for the purchased goods.
